Chemical Damp Coursing With all damp problems make sure the damp is not just condensation due to bad ventilation, or high ground level outside where the ground meets the house. These are very common problems and you do not need a damp proof specialist to sort out these problems.

At Lee Deighton Building Services we use a Hey ‘di injection cream intended for injection into walls affected by rising dampness. The chemical is injected into pre-drilled holes formed in the mortar joints using low pressure, to form a continuous barrier against water rising from the ground. The chemical permeates within the wall and reacts with the water already present to form a water repellent coating within the capillaries of the masonry. The whole area is then sprayed with anti-sulphate and then re-rendered.

Hey’di Tanking system

Lateral penetrating damp in below ground situations can be resolved for both old properties and new buildings using sovereign Hey’di tanking systems. Both Heydi K11 and Hey’di special systems have been proved highly effective against extreme water pressures.
